Individuals have the right of recognition everywhere as a person including, but not limited to, before the law.

Everyone has the right to protection of the law from material productions and the sharing of these productions of which they are the physical and/or intellectual basis.property

[Refer to UDHR Article 12] “No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.”
Everyone has the right to ask for personal dataproperty to be removed from the internet if they think it is no longer necessary. This means that people can ask websites, search engines, and other digital platforms and directories to delete their data, so that their privacy can be protected.
If personal information is spread without consentproperty and causes harm, individuals have the right to seek help and get that information removed, especially if it affects their dignity, security, and privacy in society.
Everyone has the right to non-participationagency in digital profiling by their personal dataproperty, data associations, and algorithmic groupingaccess.

Everyone have the right to reject any algorithmic grouping and digital profilingaccess.
No one should be discriminated against or criminalized on the basis of any categorical identification including algorithmic groupingaccess.
